WWII German Model 1936 Rangefinder Complete with Case and Many Accessories- This is an excellent example housed inside its original compartmented case. There are many accessories including extra bulbs, an EM 36 model tripod with mount (also used for other optic devices), battery boxes (batteries not included), dual bi-pod legs, rain tubes, a device to illuminate the rangefinder etc. The triangular metal case with EM 36 shoulder mount yoke is also included and loaded with accessories as well. The instrument itself was produced by Carl Zeiss. The bi pod and some other accessories are stamped with the ordnance code “fwq” indicating production by Saalfelder Apparatebau GmbH. This is a stereoscopic range finder that works well, with clear optics and fully functioning controls. The instrument has a tan finish that is mostly intact. Most of the accessories and the case are finished in green, with the finish mostly intact. Excellent and hard to find so complete!
