Von Stein Model-Patent 1714 Army Officer’s Sword by Eickhorn-This example from the Field Marshall series has the dove head with closed wing eagle on the obverse langet. The highlights and details on hilt are quite handsome. It has a black celluloid handle with triple brass wire wrap intact. The scabbard paint is virtually intact and I would rate this at 95% in place. The excellent blade has the 1935-41 squirrel logo. This sword measures 38 ½ inches in length (97.79cm). This is overall, near excellent and would make a fine addition to your collection.
