German WWII Kriegsmarine Belt Buckle-This is a combat example for a enlisted man in the German Navy. It is a one piece steel example with 99% of the blue grey paint still intact. It is in choice condition. This is marked on the reverse JFS for maker Josef Feix & Söhne. Rumor has it that these buckles were used by both the Heer and the Kriegsmarine combat troops. The catch is “U” shaped with flat feet and the roll bar/prongs are plated steel. Interesting that the roll bar is painted brown. This is a choice example that will not last long.
