German WWII 1st Model Luftwaffe Fallschirmjäger Gravity Knife by SMF-This is a desirable example of the 1st model gravity knife. This has nickel fittings that are in very good condition. The wooden grip plates are also very good. Someone has carved their initials into both sides. You can see the “FV” etched into the sides. The spike is in place, with what appears to be an “E” marked in place of the waffenamt. This has a nice blade by SMF, you can see the knight logo clearly. This does show signs of sharpening, but overall is very good. A desirable example.
