German Cross in Cloth in Gold- This is a fine example that was removed from a uniform. The color of the cloth backing indicates the recipient's military branch: field-grey for Heer/Army or Waffen SS personnel. This is still attached to a piece of HBT tunic to boot. The gold finish to the wreath is in place, and the date 1941 is very clear. This shows some age toning, and there is light wear, but overall, this is very good.
