Luftschutz Gladiator Style Beaded Three Piece Model 1934 Helmet-This lightweight steel helmet has a blue finish that is about 50% intact. The huge Luftschutz decal at the front is actually really good, checking in at over 90% intact. Each side of the helmet has a pair of salt and pepper shaker style ventilation grommets. Inside is a size stamped 55 civilian ersatz brown leather liner that is very stiff but still remains in good condition. There is a drawstring and the cork buffers remain in place. There is a wide black leather chinstrap that is in fine condition. The rear skirt has the Luftschutz legal verbiage but it is pretty well worn out. It is also stamped again with the size, 55. A sound, “as found” example!
