Special Third Reich WHW Gift for War Year 1939/40-This is bronzed bakelite and shield shaped. It measures 4 ¼” long by 3” wide not including the broadsword. The grip of the sword does have a clean but old repair. (see photos) There is a large national eagle holding the sword and below is the script “Kriegswinterhilfswerk 1939/40”. The reverse has a device to hang this on a wall. Great condition!
