WWII German Administration Officer Shoulder Board Set-This set has an underlay of green badge cloth for army administration personnel. This is a sew in set. The face is matte silver flat wire with a woven stripe of green. There are "HV" ciphers on each for "Heeres Verwaltung" or army administration. There are two gold pips on each as well. These pips retain the majority of their gold finish. Very good condition!
