Third Reich Land Customs Visor Cap-This is produced in field grey wool that is shows moderate wear, some staining and a few moth holes. Please see pics! It is a bit out of shape as well. There is green piping around the top panel as well as at the lower and upper edges of the green badge cloth center band. The insignia is all zinc and missing most of the finish. Otherwise, it is in fine condition. The black patent leather chinstrap is age crazed and faded but still quite soft. The black leather bill is also crazed and faded plus it is a bit out of shape. The cap would benefit from some maintenance. The interior is fully lined in orange brown cloth. There is minor discoloration only. The maker motto for Clemens Wagner is seen on the top panel. It is stamped with the size 55. The sweatband is orange brown leather. It remains soft and clean with one tear. A sound example!
