Deutsches Reichsbahn Side Cap-This cap is produced in blue wool that has very minor wear and discoloration throughout. It clearly was used. The scallop is lined with an orange red piping. The front has a machine woven eagle of off white over black, plus a cockade of red, silver and black over black rayon. The interior is fully lined in light black rayon. This shows wear and discoloration from use. There is a clear manufacturer stamp which also has the date of manufacture, 1942. This is followed by the size, 57. A nice example overall.
