German WWII SS Mess Kit-This mess kit is a repaint, but it has been reissued or repainted black for use with the Allgemeine SS. About 70% of the black paint is intact. It is marked AWF 39 on the hinge. The lid is a little tough to remove, but it does come off. This shows wear, with the inside being slightly scuffed. The metal carrying handle is in place. In good shape overall.
