German Early SA Dagger by Konejung-This is a blade made by a scarce maker. This early SA dagger has nickel fittings that do show some verdigris. The wooden handle shows some age cracks in the front, but otherwise are in very good condition. The nickel silver finish on the crossguard and pommel is 85% in place. The scabbard is untouched and uncleaned. It looks its age currently but will clean up somewhat if you choose to do so. There is some age discoloration to the scabbard, but the brown finish remains approx. 70% in place. The nickel silver fittings show some slight denting but retain the majority of their silver finish. The reverse of the lower cross guard is group stamped B, for Berlin-Brandenburg. The blade is in very good condition, though it does show some slight water spotting and the usual in and out marks. The “All for Germany” motto is deeply etched. The reverse of the blade shows the logo for the scarcely encountered maker, Konejung. This comes with its original short brown leather hanger. This blade will clean up somewhat if you choose to do so.
