Just to Show You We Are Multi-Dimensional Collectorholics

As many of you know, Patrick, Nikki and I are very much into the trilogy Back to the Future. Much of our spare time is devoted to making appearances at events such as weddings, Comic-Cons, birthday parties, conventions, movies-in-the-park etc...
Our family does many of these Team Fox events to benefit The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Most people see Michael as the face of Parkinson's, but there are millions of people dealing with the disease and it has many different faces and symptoms.
One of my motivations is Major Dick Winters, who was the CO of Easy Company 506th P.I.R. of the 101st Airborne Division. I am certain you know the name from the well acclaimed HBO series "Band of Brothers". I had the pleasure of meeting Major Winters and becoming his friend. I was thrilled that our relationship grew and now I am in possession of many of his personal items. These are currently on display at The Gettysburg Museum of History until June of 2017.

You should make it a point to visit this great museum, as along with this display, are many other fine artifacts.
Many of you may not know that Dick suffered from this disease and it eventually took his life on January 2nd, 2011. Over the years, I saw how it affected him, and it left a lasting impression.
The other reason we do all the appearances is that it puts smiles on peoples' faces. As long as that continues, we will put in the time and effort. These adventures have really taken on a life of their own and we now have a large barn devoted to our collection.

Yes, we need therapy.

The Worcester Telegram and Gazette published an article about us on January 8th, 2017 and I've attached a link.
