German WWII Olympia Typewriter-This is actually a bit more commercial than military because it is missing a few components, this typewriter does not have the infamous SS key. This dark grey steel Olympia typewriter was made in Erfurt, Germany by the “Olympia Buromaschinenwerke AG” company. You can see the great looking Olympia name printed in white at the top. The dark grey painted finish is 95%. All keys are present and it appears to work just fine. There is a ribbon installed, but as you would imagine, the ribbon is dried out after all these years. This is a great looking vintage typewriter, that would look terrific on any desk. This “mobile” typewriter weighs 14 pounds, which is rather funny, but also means that extra shipping may apply.
