Third Reich “Kreistag der NSDAP 1938 Hanau” Tinnie; Solid-Backed- Coin-shaped tinnie with some regional symbols and an inscription around the edge that translates to: “Kreis Day of the NSDAP Hanau 1938”. The piece is fairly simple, with a dark, slightly glossy, gunmetal grey finish. A bit of the inscription shows a little whitish oxidation (this identifies the base metal as zinc), which should clean up pretty well. The reverse has some silver finish remaining, a fine pin, and the local maker mark of “P.H.u.Gust. Fest, Hanau” (Gust. Probably “Gustav”).
