Early NAZI NSKK Dagger- This “as found” example displays all of the characteristics of early production. The reverse of the lower cross guard is lightly stamped. I can make out Nr but know this is for the SA group in Neiderheim. The handle and overall fit to this dagger is very nice. There is a slight discoloration in the obverse of the handle. The black painted scabbard is definitely a collector repaint, but it has some vintage as I detect some cracking. Fittings on scabbard show moderate wear. The blade is a strong very good with multiple spots, most of which are not dark. There is no indication of a maker mark so I am presuming this is a totally ground Röhm example. Overall very good condition. Fairly priced!
