Clean, Named 1918 German WWI Helmet-This featured a matte green finish that remains a solid 90% intact. The original three pad leather liner with steel liner band is in place. There is some wear and discoloration to the pads but the stuffing is intact. The number 84 is ink stamped to the rear skirt. There is a name written in pencil as well. The side of the helmet is stamped BF 64 indicating production by FC Bellinger in Fulda in the size of 64. A majority of the brown leather chinstrap and buckle are present. A nice one!
