WWII German Luftwaffe Four Pocket Service Tunic for Signals Officer-This is produced in a fine quality, private purchase blue grey gabardine material. There is some minor wear and a few small moth nips. There is a small repair to the arm pit area on the right side. There is a four-button closure and all buttons are silver finished pebbled aluminum. There are four pleated pockets with straight flaps. The front and lower edge of the collar is piped in silver bullion twist rope. The collar tabs are brown badge cloth with silver bullion wreath and single gull. The tabs have been REAPPLIED. The sew in shoulder boards are silver flat wire with brown badge cloth underlay. The silver bullion officer breast eagle is REAPPLIED. It is a little loose at the tip of the wing. The officer pinned a medal through the breast pocket and a ribbon bar just above it. The interior is fully lined in blue rayon. There is minor wear from use. There is a single pocket on the left side. There is a strap with D ring and a slot for an edged weapon. There was a tailor tag in the neck, this has been removed. There is a waist belt with a plated metal buckle. The tunic is a sign medium. Above average condition and great looking!
