WWII German Army HBT Assault Gunner NCO Wrap-Wehrmacht Heer assault-gunners 'wrap-around'-tunic (ie. 'Panzerschützanzug') that is produced in green HBT- (ie. 'Drillich'-) material. The piece was with certainty issued and was moderately used and/or worn. All paper buttons are present and in place. The piece shows a single (larger-sized) outer-pocket with a field grey 'BeVo'-woven breast-eagle attached (which is period machine sewn. Both internal cords are present and in place. The piece shows a maker (ie. size-) stamp comprising of an RBNr and sizes '43 47 88 89 88'. The machine applied collar tabs are woven and over a field grey backing with red piping. The slip-on shoulder straps are produced in field grey badge cloth with matte green tresse and red piping. Each has a pair of silver finished metal pips and a Gothic B cipher. These are for an Oberfeldwebel, who was an Army Artillery Observer. This is an excellent and extremely desirable example!
