German Army Model 36 Tunic for NCO- Privately tailored example showing most of the textbook characteristics of an early manufacture model 36 tunic. It has the four pleated scalloped pockets, but the pleats are not gusseted and they are a bit wider than you normally encounter. The badge cloth dark green collar with silver tressing, has beautiful pointed edges. This is another indication of early manufacture. The white piped litzen/collar tabs are machine applied. The white piped shoulder boards with dark green centers identify the rank as Unteroffizier (buck sergeant). The eagle is a beautiful hand embroidered silver bullion example which you would not normally find on an NCO’s tunic, but remember this is private purchase. It has the iron cross ribbon in the button hole. The collar liner is still in place. This example is virtually unlined and no markings are present. We calculate the size to be approximately a size 38. Over all condition is full excellent!
Please note that any "accessories" (i.e. medals, badges, belts etc.) are NOT included unless stated in description!
