M-203b 1914 Iron Cross Second Class, with Funeral
Ribbon
This poignant example features a long, thin black ribbon that is tied
at the ends. These were most likely used at funerals and given to family
members, or possibly displayed with the deceased. The EK II itself has a frame
that has toned to a very dark hue on both the obverse as well as the reverse.
The core paint is fully intact, but a bit dull. The suspension ring is stamped
with a touchmark. An interesting example!
