D-201 Letter from the Reichssportführer Hans von
Tschammer
This missive dates from early 1940 and refers to the “White Book”
which (v. Tschammer felt at least) proved the notion that Britain held the
sole guilt for the start of hostilities. He hadn't yet read, and perhaps
von Tschammer forgot, he had sent Luther an earlier letter claiming he HAD read
it. This letter is on A4 paper size (i.e. nearly 12” by 8”) and is in
good condition, with a vertical fold, very little yellowing, a two hole punch
along the left edge, with a clear, original von Tschammer signature.
