C-030 Set of Slip-On Shoulder Boards for Army

These are for the rank equivalent to an Oberleutnant with Army
Administration. They are produced with a matte silver flat wire over a green
badge cloth backing that doubles as the piping. Each has a gilt metal
administration (HV for Heers Verwaltung) cipher as well as a single pip. The
pips are mostly devoid of their original gilt finish. Minor wear but sound
overall!
