German WWII Single Collar Tab for NSDAP Gau Level GemeinschaftsLeiter- This Gau level tab is constructed of a red velvet base, with dark red rayon piping. This collar tab features a national eagle clutching a wreathed, static swastika in its talons, as worn between 1939-45. Beneath the eagle are four gilt washed alloy political rank pips. The eagle retains the majority of its original finish and the pips have toned nicely. This combination of pips indicates a “GemeinschaftsLeiter” (Community Leader) rank at the Gauleitung “Gau” level.
